 LED TV Assembly Conveyor Belt Production Line

 1.  The belt width is 1100mm, and adopts 2mm PVC belt. The surface is welded with vertical strips and the conductor thickness is 15mm. The belt is supported by the pallet.It can produce 32-inch to 75-inch TVs.

 2.  Can be equipped with different tools according to production needs.

 3.  The top and bottom of the line body are equipped with 3/4 air pipes, and 1 quick joint is prepared for per meter.

 4.  Adding eye sensor switch at the end of the line body can stop belt line.

 

Final assembly process:
After the product is assembled on the ground,the unqualified product automatically enters
the repair line, and the qualified product is sent to the hanging line by the distribution
elevator. After the test is completed, enter the ground test line, and the qualified
products are carried by the suction cup type rack manipulator to the unpowered roller line
for packaging. The empty tooling plate will automatically return to the initial station.

Significant elongation occurs during drive startup with no or minimal preload. This is due to the surface hardness of the worn parts. On the other hand, a properly preloaded chain shows little elongation during the initial start. Therefore, proper preload can prolong wear life.
Although elongation is a natural phenomenon in any drive, it can be minimized or eliminated with proper maintenance. In addition to regular inspections, you should do a full inspection of your chain after the first hundred hours. This inspection should focus on key life factors such as 3% elongation, how the chain is lubricated, and any other issues that may affect life. A good quality chain should have the longest life and no problems.
There are many different roller chain specifications. A good rule of thumb is to choose chains with at least 5 links. Then, tighten the chain until a break occurs, and it will tell you what kind of break occurred. Alternatively, you can use a roller chain with the maximum allowable load. As long as the MAL doesn’t exceed that number, it’s still perfectly safe to use it for any application.
